CHOCOHOLICS BREAD AND BUTTER PUDDING
1 Chocolate cake (plain, fudge, or whatever you have.)
4 eggs
1 pint milk
1 pint cream
4 large tbsp drinking chocolate powder
1 bar your fave cocolate
Slice the cake and layer in an oven proof dish.
Mix milk, cream, eggs and chocolate powder together.
Pour over cake and bake at 200 degrees 30 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn oven up as high as it will go. Chop up the chocolate bar and sprinkle over the top of the cake mixture. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or whenever the chocolate has melted.

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE
54 oz pineapple chunks
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. pour pineapple into colander and drain for 20 seconds. Combine pineapple, cheese, flour and sugar, mix well. Pour into a greased pyrex dish. Crush crackers and spread across op evenly. Pour melted butter over crackers. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown and slightly bubbly.
