first, you don't know "most black men", so you started off asking a stupid question. on top of that, to think that black men think that "all of us white ladies crave or want them", is WAAAY TOO presumptuous.
as a black man i've NEVER witnessed that type of logic from other black men, and i think i'd know more about this than yourself. there are some black guys that date outside their race, and some that don't. to be honest and give you info from the other side, a number of black men "prey" upon white women because they find many will "fall" for things that most black women won't. today the fad is young white girls that want to live out the "hip hop" experience, so they go take up with black thuggish types. (sadly, many whites lack the ability to understand that black people vary and aren't "all alike".) your question sounds more rhetorical in nature than anything, and it sounds like you wish to falsely flatter yourself as a white female.
in closing, i must say that it's quite ironic that you would ask such a question when you see FAR MORE white women posting on sites looking for "BBC" (big black cock/dick) than you EVER see black women looking for white guys.
