If you're having trouble, here's what you should do:
1. Close all browsers.
2. Clear your cache.
3. lower your firewall settings so that your computer will accept cookies.
4. Bring up the chat program and log in - manually type your username and password and be sure you note all caps and lowercase letters for both.
5. If you have registered multiple user names, you're going to have issues signing in.
This is new software - and the free chat will be worth it once you figure out how to sign in.

Leslie...I have done all of that. It worked fine for me yesterday, and today it's back to square one again? I changed nothing on my computer between yesterday and today?
