question about nudity in the US.

This Sue, so we were at the park today. there was a guy bigger than me with his shirt off. So he had boobs as big or bigger than mine. Why can he be topless but it is against the law for me to be topless. Just curious how people here feel about this? Sue

Come to Manhattan, KS. Females are legally allowed to be topless in public.

We have enjoyed many nudist resorts in Washington and Oregon States and I know there is a some good ones in California and Arizona
