Dissolve together and cool slightly: 2(3oz) pkgs red raspberry jello 1 cup hot water
Add: 1 small can crushed pineapple undrained 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce 6 ice cubes for quick congeal method. Pour 1/2 of mixture into pyrex dish and refrigerate.
Whip together: 2 small pkgs cream cheese or 1 8oz package 1 8oz sour cream 1 tablespoon vanilla 1/2 cup sugar Mix with mixer. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts (whatever is your favorite--I use pecans)
Spread over first layer and cover with remaining jello mixture and refrigerate.
