Pumpkin Cheesecake

2 pachages of 8 oz. cream cheese.....let these soften a bit before you use them
2/3 cup of sugar
2 tsp. of pumpkin spice
2 eggs
1-15oz. can of pumpkin
mix cream cheese until fluffy
while mixing add sugar and spice, add egg last
once this is mixed thouroghly add pumpkin.
pour mix into crust and bake at 350 for fourty minutes
shut off oven and let it cool on the rack for an hour
then put it in the fridge for 3 hours....and walla.....cheesecake that take 10 minutes to mix

i add 8 oz of sour cream to give it a lighter texture
