irish whiskey trifle
1 pound cake 3 c. fruit peaches , strawberries , blueberries whatever you like jar a strawberry preserves some irish whiskey my mama used bush or midleton box a vanilla pudding cheating here whipped cream
1. slice pound cake into slices and spread with preserves to make like sandwich than cut them into cubes.
2. sprinkle your fruits with irish.let them set a bit.
3. make your pudding however box says and add a taste a irish if you like.
4. in a nice clear bowl layer cake than a layer a fruit then some pudding you keep making layers.
5. chill before serving top with the whipped cream which has some irish added.
ok you can make this without the irish whiskey it just how my family had it .
