1 1/2 to 2lbs. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped any color you like 1 (10oz) can mild diced tomato and green chiles 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. uncooked long-grain rice 1 (1.25oz) envelope mild taco seasoning mix 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. chopped lettuce 3 green onions, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 1 avocado, sliced 1 (2 1/4oz) can sliced black olives, drained 1 (4oz.) diced green chiles 1 cup (4oz.) Mexican cheese blend Salsa sour cream taco shells, nacho chips,tortillas really anything you want to use
1.cook beef,onion,pepper,celery and garlic. drain
2.stir in tomatoes,water rice,tac seasoning and salt.cook covered about 15 -20 min. stirring every so often.uncover and cook 15 more minor till rice is tender.
3. ok now you can do this anyway you like make it like a salad or nachos or done up in tortillas .
