3 cups shredded hash brown potatoes 1 (6oz.) can French-fried onions, divided 1to1 1/2 c. velveeta or cheddar cheese, shredded 4 chicken breasts or thighes cut up into chunks 1 can cream chicken soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 2 c. milk 1 can corn
preheat oven 350*
1.Stir hash browns and 1/2 of the onions together in a baking dish, then lay cheese on top and layer chicken over cheese. 2.In a small bowl, mix soup and milk together and pour mixture over chicken. 3.Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear. 4.Pour corn onto chicken and stir to combine all ingredients, then bake for an additional 20 minutes. 5.Sprinkle remaining onions over all and bake for another 5 minutes, or until onions are golden brown. 6.Let sit 5 minutes before serving.

made this tonite and added a can a green diced chiles. added a bit a spice to it. added them to the hash browns
