irish potatoes
1 c. coconut
1 c. confectionary sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 tbsp. cream
1.mix coconut and sugar.
2.blend in cream.
3. take about 3/4 tbsp. form into little potatoes.
4. roll in cinnamon or put it in baggie and shake gently.
little potatoe shaped no bake candy cookies
very sweet but cinnamon cuts it

if you melt some chocolate and dip them instead a cinnamon coating be like mounds candy bar
