grilled marienated tuna steaks
1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 2 tbsp chicken broth 2 tbsp unsweetened pineapple juice 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger 4 tuna steaks
1.in bowl mix up marinate save about 1/4 for basting . 2.pour rest into bag with tuna steaks refrigerate for a hour. 3.grill drained tuna steaks on grill coated with non stick spray about 6 mins a side. basteing with saved marinate. 4. can grill the pinapple rings as you grill tuna and baste them too or not.

KUDOS to this recipe!! We BBQ'd some Ahi Tuna Steaks using this marinade over the weekend; and they were OUT OF THIS WORLD!! Thanks Crystal for sharing this recipe with all of us! I would highly recommend it to anyone!
