1/4 c brown sugar
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp black pepper
1 garlic clove crushed
1/2 tsp salt
boneless butterflied leg a lamb
1. mix up spices and rub into meat .
2. rub crushed garlic in too.
3.refrigerate meat for at least a hour.
4. grill .
