1/3 c. olive oil
3 tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
3/4 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1 scotch bonnet chile pepper, minced
1/4 c. minced green onions with tops
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1. mix up marinade add chicken refrigerate overnite.
2. remove chicken discard marinade.
3.grill chicken till done
