If anyone can help I am looking for a recipe for the breading for fried dill pickles

batter
2 eggs 1 c. buttermilk 1/4 c. flour 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp vinegar-based hot pepper sauce 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp seasoning salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder ************************ breading
1 c. cornmeal 2 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 3/4 tsp ground black pepper ************************* 1 (32 oz) jar dill pickle slices 1 cup vegetable oil for deep frying salt and pepper to taste
1.In bowl, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. flour, buttermilk, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt and garlic powder. 2.In another bowl, combine cornmeal, 2 c. flour, salt and 3/4 teaspoon black pepper. 3.heat oil to 365*. 4.Dip drained pickles into milk mix and then dunk them in the flour mix. 5.Deep fry until golden brown. 6.Drain on paper towels. 7.Salt and pepper to taste

try this. 1Cup cornmeal run thru food processer for 3-5 min. Dump in a 1gal baggie. Dry pickle chips on paper towel,add to cornmeal,shake to coat. Knock off excess and deep-fry till coating is light brown.
