Anyone have a Sangria recipe? Is there more to it than just wine & fruit?

1 lemon sliced 1 lime sliced 1 orange sliced 1 1/2 c. rum 1/2 c. white sugar 1 bottle dry red wine 1 c. orange juice any fruit you want cut up
1.Have the fruit, rum, wine, and orange juice well chilled. 2. Pour in the rum and sugar with the fruit into pitched or punch bowl. 3.Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours to develop the flavors. 4.When ready to serve, crush the fruit lightly with a wooden spoon and stir in the wine and orange juice. 5.Adjust sweetness to taste.
can add some ginger ale for fizz too use whatever fruit you like kiwi,apples,peaches,nectarines,plums,cherries,strawberries,raspberries

i kind of stole this recipe from applebee's but its sutter home white zenfindale peachtree peach schnapps and a little 7up add a little peach schnapps to your white zin and add a splash of 7up add some sliced peaches and oranges and apples and yummm
