i have opened a BBQ and have found alot of people with high blood sugar. i would like to be able to see them enjoy dessert as well as everyone else. any body got any good dessert recipes that are sugar free? thanks lady drako

black cherry ice
1 c. boiling water 1 pkg(3 oz)JELL-O Black Cherry Sugarfree 1 c. cold black cherry-flavored seltzer 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel 3 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
STIR boiling water into jello in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add seltzer, lemon peel and juice stir until well blended. Pour into 8-inch square pan; cover. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. REMOVE mixture from freezer let stand at room temperature 10 min. to soften slightly. Spoon into large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. (Or, place in a food processor container cover and process until smooth.) SPOON or scoop gelatin mixture into six individual dessert dishes to serve.
line a brownie dish with saran wrap . lay a layer a crackers make up jello with milk than add cool whip spread on crackers top with more crackers freeze then cut them up like ice cream sandwiches

Orange Mandarin Delight
1 lg. box orange Jello, sugar free 1 (6 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drain, save juice 1 c. lite Cool Whip
Prepare Jello using basic directions on box. Use mandarin juice for some of the water. Put in bowl deep enough to use electric mixer. Chill until partially jelled. Beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add mandarin oranges and Cool Whip. Chill and serve.

lite key lime pie
1 3 oz lime sugar free jello 2 light key lime yoghurts 1 8oz sugar free cool whip 1 2 ex slices graham cracker pie crust
1.add 1/4c. boiling water into bowl with jello.mix 2.let cool .then add yoghurts blend well. 3. add cool whip. pour into pie crust . chill few hours before serveing
they all very good and dont taste sugar free my neice loves them all

my mom made my dad peacan pies an used eagle brand milk it was a lot less sugar
