Help! I need a good salsa recipe.

I have to enter a jar of salsa in a contest at work next week. Does anyone have a really good recipe that I can use? Thanks!!

3 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. finely diced red onion
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic ,crushed
1 bell pepper ,chopped any color red,yellow,orange
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. lime juice

in a bowl mix together all.
chill well before eating

try adding a capful of red wine vinegar
