DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Caramelize the sugar and water until light brown. When caramelized, pour into a 9” round baking pan let cool. Put cream cheese, eggs and vanilla into blender. Blend until smooth. Add condensed milk and evaporated milk and blend again. Pour over caramelized sugar in pan and set in baymary; pan in another pan with one inch of water in it.
