there is real enchiladas and fast ones.. these are the fast ones.. take a pan.. cook some hamburger or ground turkey.. add.. some garlic power. cumin, salt,oregano, onion powder... cook that with a tad of water in it so it does not stick... set aside.. now in same pan..add a touch of oil.. and heat up the torts... i used corn... set aside to drain oil off ...in same pan.. add water.. cumin, onion power, garlic power, salt..heat that up.. when hot.. add a few tablespoons of flour.. i was out so used pancake mix...lol.. and a touch of milk if you like, that makes a sauce.. that is not harmful to tummy.. now if it was for me.. the red chili power comes out as does lots of other things.. but for daisy.. tummy probs so no radical spices or herbs... do you know the diff. between a spice and a herb.. in america we call it a spice rack . but its a herb rack .. spice is a seed.. herb is rest of plant.. usually leaf, but sometimes stock... ok now .. take a tortilla.. and dip or drag both sides in the top of the pan of sauce.. lay out.. put a handful of the meat on it.. some graded cheese. and a few crushed or whole black olives.. add a tablespoon of the sauce to keep from drying out.. roll up.. put about 4 on a plate.. top with some more sauce on edges.. add cheese.. olives.. garnish with oregano.. and a splash .. just for color of chili powder but just a splash... put in nuker for about one min.. no oven needed.. for fast version.. i do make the long version too..now if for me now is the time to add fire to it and a handful of cilantro mas and some chopped onion and peppers.. but for her .. its more toned way way way down..lol.. enjoy..
