Got this recipe from a guy I worked with. Its great salad to have on a summer day when it's just to hot to cook anything.
ingridients: 1 head of romaine lettuce 1 peach 1 lemon 1 buffalo motzerella ball or whatever motzerella you like fresh is the best several slices of prescuitto or canadian ham or whatever ham you like 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
first get a head of romaine lettuce shockit in ice water this helps crisp it. Next chop off the end and discard. Now lay some lettuce out on a plate. Next litteraly rip chunks of motzerella off ball or sprinkle over your lettuce followed by the peach again rip it you get a better variety of sizes this way. Now add some prescuitto or ham which ever you use. Finally get your olive oil and your lemon squeeze your lemon into the olive oil and this makes your dressing mix well and pour over your salad to taste. keep in mind that some lemons are smaller than other so the bigger the lemon the more juice you get which will make it tangier which is good. Hope you all like I know when we got this recipe we truly enjoyed it and have shared it with many friends and guests.
