Looking for recipe for the flour based gravy that is typically served over egg foo young at most Chinese resturaunts. Unlike the corn starch based gravy that accompanies the egg foo young recipe's I've found. I have asked at my favorite Chinese place how they make it but they are not telling. This gravy over rice is a great filler upper.

Use a basic rue and instead of using water use chicken stock.
