I got this one from a recipe book a few years back, and everyone in my family begs me to make it cuz I made it better. :D Clue: in the recipe below, instead of chopping the onion and green pepper, use a food processor to chop them, makes it suuuuper juicy to mix in!
Turn the broiler on to let it heat up.
2 lbs hamburger I finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped green bell peppers 1 12 oz pkg taco seasoning mix
Mix these together and make hamburger patties and broil on each side six minutes (time is approximate, cook until as well done as you like).
Place on hamburger buns with sour cream, salsa, and pepper jack cheese slices.

mmmmmmmm thank you soooo much for giving us this receipe! It is a keeper, hubby made it for supper for me when I came home for "lunch" and we were both very pleased with how tastey the burgers were! Hubby said it was the best "western" type burger he has ever had!
