This is great for breakfast or snacks...love to heat it a few seconds in the micro and then top with a scoop of ice cream.
Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake
1 box yellow cake mix 1 sm pkg instant vanilla pudding 1 c sour cream ½ c vegetable oil 4 eggs ½ c sugar 2 t cinnamon 1 (12 oz) pkg chocolate chips
Mix first five ingredients. Pour ½ batter in floured and greased 13/9/2” pan. Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Sprinkle ½ mixture and ½ bag of chocolate chips over batter. Spread on remaining batter and sprinkle remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture and chocolate chips on cake.
