This is one of my most requested desserts. It has everything sinful in it, but is as easy as it can be to make! Be careful though, once you start making it you will get constant requests for it. Last Christmas, I made it for 4 different get togethers.
Crush 16 cookies; toss with the butter. Press onto the bottom of an ungreased 9" square dish. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with peanut butter cups. In another mixing bowl, beat the milk, pudding mix and remaining powdered sugar on low speed for 2 minutes. FOld in remaining whipped topping. Spread over peanut butter cups. Crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over the top. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.
*12-16 servings

OK< I've always wondered this, maybe this is where to get the answer, how do you "fold" something in?

you just gently turn the spoon to blend infuseing the ingrediants together with out beating the ingrediants.
