1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Grease and flour a 9x13 in. pan, or use cooking spray. 3. Mix in a large bowl, cake mix, the butter, and 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Press this mixture into the pan. 4. In bowl combine the cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, and the confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cake mixture. 5. Bake about 40 min. It'll look like it's caved in in the middle sort of when it's done. Cool. I sift a little confectioners sugar on top to make it look prettier. You can also make it chocolate by using a devil's food cake mix instead of yellow. YUM!
