Sprinkle half of the rosemary on one side of chicken breasts. Pepper to taste. Place seasoned side down in a pan with a light coating of olive oil, put remaining rosemary on top side of chicken and pepper. Brown, then turn and brown other side. Remove from pan.
To pan add: 1/2 cup of orange marmalade 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1 1/2 Tbs chopped garlic
Reduce and thicken a bit, then return the chicken to the pan, turning to coat both sides. Simmer in the glaze until the chicken is done.
I serve this with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and the kids love it!
