CHICKEN THREE PEPPERS
1-one pound of chicken breasts cup into cubes 2-two cloves of garlic minced 3-one red pepper chopped 4-one green pepper chopped 5-one yellow pepper chopped 6-one medium sized white onion chopped 7- just a pinch or two of grated fresh ginger 8- Tablespoon oil. 9-Soy sauce 10-Dash of Chinese hot sauce 11-two packet of ramen noodles
Heat the oil in a good size frying pan or wok on a low heat careful not to burn Cook the minced garlic in the oil gently Brown the chicken in the hot oil and garlic After chicken is brown toss in the onion till they almost disappear Then add the 3 peppers Let the chopped peppers soften but not too much, you want the colors still visible Add soy sauce not too much or you lost the color of the peppers Grate the fresh ginger over the top of the peppers Lower the heat and cover Boil the ramen noodles (can sub white rice for noodles)
When the noodles/rice are done arrange on the outside of platter Pile the chicken 3 peppers in the middle of the platter If you wish you can cut the chicken , peppers and onions into strips, which really make for an eye presentation
