Lasagna II 1/2 pound ground chuck 1/3 cup onions, minced 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning One 16 ounce box of any lasagna noodles 1 pound, 14-ounce jar of Prego mushroom sauce 1 pound, 14-ounce jar of Prego green pepper sauce 3 tablespoons sugar 1 cup pepperoni 2 blocks cream cheese Two 12 ounce bags of Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 400F. Fry ground chuck in medium sized frying pan with minced onions, garlic powder and Italian seasoning (spread evenly over meat). Cook over medium heat. While meat is cooking, start your lasagna noodles. They usually take 11 to 15 minutes to cook. After that, pour your 2 jars of sauce into a large mixing bowl with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix well, When meat is brown, drain and mix into sauce. Spread sauce evenly over bottom of large lasagna pan. Lay one row of lasagna noodles over sauce. Cover noodles with another layer of sauce. Then cover with pepperoni, one inch apart. Then, using 1 whole block of cream cheese, make into quarter-sized patties and layer over everything. Next, take 1 whole bag of Mozzarella cheese and spread evenly over pan. Repeat the above process for the next row. After that, it will be done. Place on middle rack of oven and cook for 30 minutes.
