pkg baby carrots or 4 reg.size ,julliened
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. to can a beer
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt to taste
1 tsp. dill weed
1 to 2 tsp. sugar
cook carrots in butter till just barely browned.
add in beer ,salt and dill weed.
cover and cook till tender stir every so often.
add sugar and continue to cook uncovered for few more minutes stirring often.
