1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Chuck
1 28 oz can Spaghetti Sauce
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 onion chopped
1 Can Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 Cup Sour Cream
Italian Seasoning
10 or so chopped up pepperonis (optional)
2 T Butter
garlic powder
parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375
Cook ground beef and onion together until done. Stir in 3/4 to 1 jar/can spaghetti sauce, depending on how "saucy" you like things. Stir in chopped pepperonis if desired. Put mixture in 8" x 8" baking pan. Cover with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Unroll crescent roll dough and put 1/2 over mixture. Spread sour cream on top. Then sprinkle with italian seasoning to taste. Put remaining 1/2 of crescent roll dough on top of sour cream, pinching seams together. Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, until lightly brown, sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
