4 pieces chicken whatever you like breast or leg 1/2 c flour 1/3 c oil 1 tsp salt 1/4 pepper
sauce 1can (1lb4oz)pineapple,sliced or chunks you choice 1 c sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch 3/4 c cidar vinegar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp ginger 1 chicken bouillon cube 1 large pepper sliced,color you choice
wash chicken pat dry coat in flour salt pepper mix. heat oil in skillet fry chicken few at time till brown. remove to baking dish.skin side up. be heating oven to 350*
making sauce: drain pineapple of syrup add enough water to make 1 1/4 cups . in saucepan mix syrup, sugar, soy sauce ,ginger, vinegar,bouillon cube and cornstarch . bring to boil stirring constantly. boil 2 min. till thickened pour over chicken bake uncovered 30 min . add pineapple and peppers bake 30 min more or till chicken tender . serve over fluffly white rice
