6 pork chops about 1/2 in or so thick 8 potatos peeled sliced 3 or 4 onions sliced 3 tbsp flour 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 can campbells cheddar cheese soup 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c milk
brown chops in skillet. combine potatoes ,onions , spices, flour. toss lightly place in buttered cassarole dish. place chops on top of potato mixture . add soup and milk to skillet. bring to boil over medium heat . stirring often. then pour over chops and potatoes . cover and bake in preheated 350*oven . for 1 1/2 hrs or till potatoes and pork tender.
can add sliced carrots , parsnips or any vegtable you want
