Teriyaki Steak with Onions and Mushrooms

Teriyaki Steak with Onions and Mushrooms (Serves 6?)
1 beef serloin steak - about 1 1/2 lbs
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce- divided 1 Tsp veggie oil 1 can(8 oz) sliced mushrooms- drained 1 small red or green bell pepper- sliced into strips 1 1/3 cups Frenches french-fried onions- divided
1. brush each side of steak with 1 Tsp teriyaki sauce. Heat oil in grill pan over med heat. Cook steak 3 -4 minutes- or so. Remove steak and keep warm.
2. Add mushrooms and bell pepper to pan; cook until pepper is crisp-tender. Stir in remaining teriyaki sauce and 2/3 cup Frensh friend onions; heat through.
3. Serve mushroom mixture over steak and add remaining onions.
