INGREDIENTS: 1 c Strong "BREWED" black coffee 1 c Tomato catsup 1 tb Freshly ground black pepper 1 tb Salt 1/2 c Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c Butter or margerine 1 tb Sugar
Combine all ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator until ready for use. Heat before using. For ribs, I dunk the ribs in the sauce each time I turn them.
This sauce is very spicy and some people think it's too strong for poultry; I for one disagree.
The coarser the pepper is ground, the better it is.
Warning:
If this is used on country style pork ribs or chops it will make you throw rocks at steak!

Here's a good BBQ Sauce recipe.
2 Tbs. olive oil 5 cloves of garlic; finely minced 3 cups of chili sauce 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup worchestershire sauce 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1 tsp celery salt 1 tsp onion salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp tobasco sauce 2 Tbs. Liquid Smoke
Saute olive oil and garlic for about 1 minute. Don't let the garlic burn. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Then let it simmer for 30 minutes. Sauce is great for pork, beef, and chicken.
Enjoy. We had this on boneless pork ribs last weekend and it is great.

This sauce is awesome and easy to make ROOT BEER BBQ SAUCE
•1 cup root beer • 1 cup ketchup • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 20 minutes, or until sauce is reduced by half. Enjoy
