3 to 4 onions chopped 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breast 1 can on mushrooms
chop onions and brown in a dutch oven (back cast iron is best). cut the chicken breast into bite size pieces. season to taste. i use lemon pepper, louisiana hot sauce, worchestershire sauce,tony chacheres, garlic powder, just a dash of liquid smoke, and parsley flakes.
when onions are browned place chicken into pot and sear the chicken. then fill the pot 3/4 with water and let cook on medium flame until water is cooked out. serve on white rice. will serve 4 people approx. cook and prep time 45 minutes to 1 hour
