In a greased 11-in x 7-in x 2-in, baking dish, layer spinach Bacon and mushrooms. Sprinkle with marjoram and pepper.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread with Sour cream and sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Bake Uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and has A little golden tone to it.
