Depending on the quality and cut, I love it with bacon wrapped around the side edges then cooked rare in a searing hot skillet painted with a good virgin olive oil with a little crushed garlic thrown in. I like serving it with mashed potato, sliverd carrots, broccoli and whole baby squash. Seeing how I'm not a wine drinker I find a good quality Pilsner Beer served very cold in a chilled glass goes well with it. Afterwards try finishing it off with a simple vanilla icecream with fresh berries (blueberrys, rasberrys or whatever is in season where you are). Suffice to say, my wife loves when I let loose in the kitchen, especially when I'm making her favorite Honey-Chili Chicken Stir-fry lol
Depends on if you like your steak rare, which I don't.Grilling is best in my opinion,I like to "butterfly" them otherwise they are "too thick" to cook to my liking.Actually I like rib eyes the best. to throw on the grill! The only meat I will eat that is "pink " is YOU GUESSED IT!
