1 Envelope of dry yeast --1/4oz 1 Cup lukewarm water 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 21/2 cups flour
Put the water in a bowl, add yeast, salt, and sugar, then mix in the flour. If sticky add a little more flour. Let is sit about 5 mins covered. This makes 1 large pizza crust. It works great doubling the recipe as well.
I add a small amount of oil to my pizza stone and press the crust out, then add sauce and our favorite toppings... cook on 400 to 425 degrees until done.
