corn chowder
3 -4 slices a bacon 3/4 c. celery,sliced 1 c. onion,chopped 1 c. carrots,sliced 2 (14 1/2 oz.)cans chicken broth 3 c. potatoes, peeled cubed 2 cans corn 1 can creamed corn 1 (4oz.)can diced chiles 1 c. milk 1 c. cream 1 to 1 1/2 c. velveeta either reg. or mexican if like more spice
1. cook bacon in souppot till done remove. 2.drain most of fat and add onions ,celery and carrot cook till tender. 3.pour in chicken broth add potatoes,cook till done. 4.stir in chiles and corn . 5. pour in milk & cream add cheese. 6. cook stirring till cheese is melted. 7. serve in soup bowls topped with crumbled bacon.

This recipe is one of the best soups we have ever made. Thanks and really appreciated this one.
