butter 1 c. onions , chopped 1 c. carrots, chopped 1 c. celery , chopped 1/2 c. green peppers , chopped 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. flour 3 (14 1/2 oz.)cans chicken stock 1 lb.velveeta reg or mex. if want spicier 1 can beer salt to taste pepper to taste
1. saute vegtables & chiles in butter. 2. blend in mustard and flour. 3. add stock and cook till veg are tender. 4. add cheese and beer cook till cheese melted. 5. salt and pepper to taste.
