crustless quiche
12 eggs 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 lb. large-curd cottage cheese 1 can diced green chiles or more or leave out pepper to taste 1 lb. cheese, grated whatever kind ya like cheedar , mozzarella, swiss ,jack. can add whatever you like spinach , asparagus, bacon ,ham , ground beef, chicken, onions, peppers just have the meats cooked and cut up into bite size pieces and vegtables cooked so not to hard doest cook long enough while quiche cooks.
1. whisk eggs add butter,flour, b.p. and salt. 2.add cottage cheese , chiles, pepper and 1/2 the cheese plus wharever you want to add . 3. put in a greased 13 by 9 baking dish. 4. top with remaining cheese. 5. bake in preheated 400 * oven for 15 min then lower to 350* and continue baking for 45 to 50 min. or till set and golden brown on top.
