Same as you would pics. You need Windows Movie Maker, or a simlar program. If your vids are on VHS, or analog, you need a video capture device. E-mail me if you have any more questions.

A video capture device is a hardware (physical) unit that attaches to your computer for the purpose of giving you a VIDEO IN of some sort. For instance, you can get one with those same red, white and yellow RCA jacks on it that your TV, VCR or DVD player would have.Then with the apropriate software, you can play those VHS movies into your computer and record them as video files.

hi i bluetoothed a video from my phone to pc and tried to upload it and got message that it was not the right format???? its done in real player i know that much
